We are looking to hire a Finance Director to lead our FP&A function across our international business. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial management of Cotality’s international business. This position will be a pivotal senior leader within the business and must be comfortable supporting, presenting to, and influencing senior Executives across Cotality's International business up to a C-suite level.

What will you be doing?
Management – Lead a dynamic team of finance professionals across management accounting, and finance business partnering functions.Financial Forecasting & Budgeting – Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts across Cotality’s International business.Strategic Planning Support – Partner with Cotality’s International Executive team to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital allocation.Investment & Capital Expenditure Analysis – Manage the coordination and allocation of investment funding across the business, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource utilisation.Executive Reporting & Presentations –Lead and provide monthly analyses and concisely communicate results to US, Investors and International Executive team.KPI Development & Monitoring – Define, track, and report key financial and operational performance indicators to measure business success.Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis – Conduct “what-if” analyses and stress testing to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business units, operations, and other finance teams to align financial planning with business goals.Process Improvement & Systems Optimization – Enhance financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Risk Management & Cost Control – Identify financial risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the organization.

To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
10+ years progressive experience in Finance leadership roles. Preferably within tech or high growth international organisations.CPA, CA or equivalent qualification.Demonstrated track record of leadership, with coaching, developing and guiding talent.Transformational mindset - Strong change agent that operates with a continuous improvement. mindset to reporting processes, outputs and frameworks.Exceptional ability to influence and lead using a combination of data, stakeholder influencing and ‘storytelling’.Proven track record of high performance and achievements in career
