Inventory Controller

ALG is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Inventory Controller to join our client at Mascot Airport. This role is a contracting role with the potential for conversion to a permeant role within 12 months of the role starting.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders regarding discrepancies.
• Ensure that all work is being completed safely and effectively.
• RF scanning.
• Utilisation of multiple inventory management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A trade qualification in aviation or relevant industry.
• At least two years of experience working in a similar role.
• SAP experience is essential
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn different computer systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work full time hours (38 hours per week +).
• Confident in handling multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will receive:

• Base rate of $42.50 + Super
• Exposure to working with a leading airline.
• OJT training.
• Monday to Friday (Day shift) work roster (consistent hours).
• No end date in the contract.
• Ability to convert to a permanent role with our client.
