The opportunity

Join our team at our brand-new Horsley Park facility as our Inventory Controller. In this pivotal role, you will ensure precise tracking of inventory levels, strategically order new supplies, and manage the seamless transfer of goods between our warehouse and various locations. Your expertise will help drive our operational success and maintain our commitment to excellence. Join us and make a meaningful impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track stock movement.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on inventory turnover and aging stock.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Oversee the transfer of goods between warehouse and retail locations.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
 

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficient with inventory management software and systems.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
