Your new role
This role focuses on providing client service operational support, including processing client and investment data, reconciliations, and client investment reports.

This full-time role is based in JANA’s Sydney office and reports to the Operations Support Group (OSG) Senior Manager.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Review monthly investment manager statements and process portfolio
  investment data.
• Collate, prepare and reconcile client custodian monthly data for auto-loading.
• Process, maintain and reconcile data in Excel spreadsheets and charts/tables for reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to clients, including word processing and proofreading of completed reports for accuracy, grammar and content.

About you
Equally challenging and rewarding, this opportunity is perfect for someone with:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a financial customer service/investment operations environment
• Strong MS Office skills - in particular Excel and Word
• Degree or Diploma in business/finance/superannuation or similar field an advantage
• High attention to detail and a natural problem-solver
