Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy Analyst to help us share our story with key stakeholders and shape the future of our business.
Reporting to the Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of GYG’s investor and strategic communications. You’ll prepare high-quality materials and analysis for a range of stakeholders, including investors, the Board, and our senior executive team. From board packs and investor presentations to strategic planning and financial modelling, you’ll play a key role in supporting the GYG growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:
Investor Relations

  • Prepare and maintain Board materials, investor presentations, and press releases
  • Support the development of GYG’s investor and financial narrative
  • Conduct market research, peer benchmarking and manage the investor relations inbox
  • Assist with consensus tracking and broker communications
  • Perform ad hoc financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis

Strategy & Stakeholder Support

  • Support senior leaders and the Board with high-quality strategic analysis
  • Contribute to key strategic initiatives and internal reporting improvements
  • Provide support for investor meetings, roundtables and proxy engagement
  • Ensure timely distribution of insights and meeting notes across stakeholders

About you:
You’re a commercially savvy analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You bring strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insights.

You’ll also have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate advisory, or similar
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and valuation
  • High attention to detail and a strategic mindset
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
