About the Role
We're seeking experienced Performance Test Leads to drive performance testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across critical applications.
You will:

• Lead performance testing across multiple systems and integrations.
• Define test strategies and plans aligned with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Manage and mentor test team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Produce clear documentation, test reports, and executive updates.
• Analyse test results to identify issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

This role also includes supporting automation initiatives and contributing to continuous process improvements.

About You
You bring deep experience in performance testing and a passion for quality engineering. You can translate business goals into performance requirements and lead teams in delivering results. You're also a confident communicator, comfortable presenting technical insights to varied audiences.
You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in leading performance testing teams in complex environments.
• Strong skills in Web API and mobile app performance testing.
• Proficiency in identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor and uplift team capability.
• Familiarity with automation and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of system development methodologies in government or enterprise settings.
