Your Why:


As the ITSM & ITOM Specialist, you'll enhance IT service delivery, optimize strategy, and manage operational risk. This role ensures the efficiency, security, and compliance of IT services, aligning ITSM & ITOM strategies with our digital transformation goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Service & Operations Management: Define and execute ITSM & ITOM strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Financial & Procurement Management: Assist in IT procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Operational Risk & Compliance: Develop and monitor IT risk policies, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management: Oversee 24x7x365 incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and manage changes.
  • Release Management: Define and execute a Release Management strategy.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Technology Innovation & Adoption: Support cloud computing, automation, and agile methodologies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide reports on IT performance, financial status, and risk posture.
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Leadership: Communicate IT strategies and mentor teams.

Your Capabilities:

  • Expertise in ITSM & ITOM.
  • Experience in IT financial and procurement management.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to define and monitor KPIs.
  • Proficiency in business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and adaptability to change.
  • Collaborative and innovative approach.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in IT service management, IT operations, IT financial management, and operational risk management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4, COBIT, or CISM.
