Jewellery Workshop Coordinator

We’re looking for a super-organised, people-savvy Jewellery Workshop Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our workshop operations. If you love keeping things running smoothly, enjoy working closely with both customers and craftsmen, and have an eye for detail — this could be your perfect next step. Located on the Northside of Brisbane we are a family owned an operated Australian business since 1962.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating all incoming and outgoing workshop jobs — from custom CADs to sentimental repairs

Liaising with customers to discuss their designs, timelines and updates

Supporting our workshop team and working closely with our manager and jewellers, to keep everything running smoothly

Ensuring jobs are prioritised and tracked effectively so nothing falls through the cracks

Acting as the bridge between sales, jewellers, sales reps and customers

Part of product development team, helping design and create new pieces for our multi brands.

What we’re looking for:

💎 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

💎 Confident communicator who’s great with customers

💎 Experience in a jewellery environment or knowledge of CAD/custom jewellery is a big plus

💎 A calm, positive attitude (especially when things get busy!)

💎 Someone who loves keeping things on track and brings good vibes to the team
