MADEC Australia’s Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and VIC. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person’s ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.
Are you passionate about helping others succeed? MADEC Australia is seeking a dedicated, full-time Job Coach to join our team in Horsham, Victoria. This community services-based role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with local services, agencies, and organisations all committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing disadvantage. As a Job Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming lives by guiding individuals toward meaningful employment and contributing to the success of the broader community.

No prior experience in employment services? No problem! We value your enthusiasm, positive energy, and desire to make a real difference. You will need strong administrative and time management skills, and a valid working with children and national police check.
