Forbes Children’s Centre is currently seeking passionate and motivated educators to join our casual relief pool!

Located in a modern, architecturally designed, purpose-built facility, our Centre offers an integrated service model that includes childcare, a Department for Education (DfE) preschool, and a range of health, social, and community services.

We are proud to provide warm, welcoming indoor environments and beautiful, nature-based outdoor play spaces. Our educators enjoy strong professional support, higher staff-to-child ratios, and pay rates 10% above award.

• Passionate and highly motivated

• Available to work shifts across our full operating hours: 6:45am–6:15pm

• Strong in both written and verbal communication

• Organised and able to manage time effectively

• Confident in using sound judgement and decision-making skills

• Able to work collaboratively within a team

• Knowledgeable in primary caregiving and attachment theory (highly regarded)

• Familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Experienced with or have knowledge of Circle of Security, Marte Meo, and attachment theory (desirable)

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) training

• Current Working with Children Check

• Previous experience working in childcare highly regarded
