As a Joiner, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing structures on various locations based on the current site. You will work with various materials, including wood, plywood, wallboard and more to produce high-quality finished products. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction and renovation projects.

This full-time position will require working at various locations across Sydney metropolitan area.
Benefits
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year plus super
Task & Responsibilities
- Conduct precise site measures following company standards
- Select the materials, and prepare detailed layouts.
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials, ensuring precision in every task.
- Assemble and prepare structures and fittings for installation.
- May also work with plastic laminates, perspex, veneer and metals as required.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Qualification & Experience
- Experience with high end materials
- Practical knowledge of Arclinea, Rimadesio and Lema solutions (recommended)
- Proven experience as a Joiner with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and other materials.
- Knowledge of various joinery techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship.
- High level of communication both written and verbal
- Certificate III in Joinery or relevant (recommended)
