We are actively seeking a Junior Packaging Designer to join our amazing Design team Team! About the role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Packaging Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development of packaging concepts and designs that bring our brand to life across a range of products. You’ll work closely with the Packaging Design Manager and broader creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative packaging solutions. Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: Assist in the design and development of packaging for new and existing products across multiple brands.Support the creation of dielines, mock-ups, and prototypes.Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to ensure packaging meets brand standards and project requirements.Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in print specifications and brand consistency.Assist with packaging updates, rollouts, and version control.Conduct research on packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practices.Support senior team members with ad-hoc design tasks as needed. About You: A strong interest in branding, product design, and packaging.High attention to detail with excellent layout and typography skills.Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Understanding of print production processes and materials.Some previous internship, freelance, or industry experience is preferred but not required This full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Junior Packaging Designer to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic Design team and environment, and to help support and contribute towards the growth and trajectory of our Design and Creative efforts. This is a very exciting time to join the company as you will be part of a large, experienced and super-fun team, working 5 days in the office on St Kilda Road with access to lots of public transport, cafes near by and with dogs in the office – this is a role not to be missed!
