We're now looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
As a QA Analyst at Antero, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software across its lifecycle—from planning and development through to release. You'll work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to plan and execute test strategies that support robust and reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality AssuranceInterpret feature requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test casesExecute functional, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testingReview product briefs and participate in UAT and release readiness testingContribute to the ongoing improvement of QA practices, frameworks, and documentation
Automated & Performance TestingDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (preferably using Cypress)Contribute to test automation strategy and test coverage expansionAssist in performance testing and reporting on system scalability and responsiveness
Bug Investigation & ReportingInvestigate and document bugs with reproducible steps, logs, and test evidenceCollaborate with developers to ensure resolution meets acceptance criteriaMaintain clear and accurate tracking of test results and issues using JIRA
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product owners to scope test boundaries and expected outcomesSupport the team with test environment setup and test data creationContribute to cross-team knowledge sharing and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in software testing across web applications and APIsExperience with test automation tools (especially Cypress), frameworks, and practicesFamiliarity with developer tools, HTTP request/response handling, and SQLExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detailComfortable using tools like JIRA and Confluence for communication and documentationAbility to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test plans
Bonus if you have:Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the release cycleFamiliarity with performance and load testing toolsExperience with mobile application testing
