Junior Solicitor

Conroy Stewart Spagnolo solicitors require an energetic and highly organised graduate or first year solicitor to join our team in Maclean and Iluka on a full-time basis for an immediate start. Established local firm (over 80 years) with succession opportunities for the right applicant. 

Perfect opportunity for a sea change for a young family to relocate to the beautiful Clarence Valley or a local to return home and join a well-established practice with a large client base and one the oldest firms in the Clarence Valley, located 15 minutes from the coastal township of Yamba.

Live on the beach in the beautiful coastal town of Yamba or on surrounding acreage in Maclean.

In this position, you will be working collaboratively within a small team in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal law, Conveyancing, Property Law, Estates and Estate Planning.  

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Hold a current Practicing Certificate or soon to be admitted.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff on all levels.
• Work autonomously and take ownership of all tasks given under direction applicable to your experience.
• Experience with Legal Aid NSW (including Grants Online); LEAP and PEXA is desirable.
