Junior Structural/Foreman

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Structural Foreman with an engineering background and experience in residential high-rise or medium-density projects. As a key part of a builder/developer team, you will gain hands-on experience managing high-rise residential projects from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of residential high-rise or medium-density projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff to ensure efficient site operations.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in project scheduling, resource management, and the allocation of materials and equipment to ensure timely project delivery.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing as planned and resolve any issues that arise.
• Develop expertise in structural techniques and project coordination, with mentorship from senior team members.

About You:

• A background in engineering (Civil or Structural Engineering degree) or relevant qualifications in structural construction (e.g., Certificate IV in Building & Construction).
• Previous experience working on residential high-rise or medium-density projects is highly desirable.
• Eager to learn and develop your career in the residential construction sector with a builder/developer.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and manage multiple tasks.
