Kerbing and Concrete Labourers

Our client is a well-established civil contracting company with a strong presence across multiple public council areas throughout Western Australia. Specialising in a wide range of infrastructure projects, they take pride in delivering high-quality work that supports and enhances local communities. They are currently seeking experienced Kerbing and Concrete Labourers for ongoing casual work across various sites.
 
The role:
This role will see you taking part in a multitude of duties including but not limited to:

• Working in local areas completing high quality workmanship on crossovers, ramps, footpaths and exposed aggregate.
• Running stringlines and setting out offsets for machines.
• Utilising hand tools, power tools and kerbing machines to complete day to day tasks.
• Screeding wet concrete and conducting manual labour.
• Working in the outdoors, comfortable with the changing of weather conditions.
• Traveling to different sites and locations during the day.

 
Requirements:
For this role, you will be required to possess the following:

• Minimum c class drivers’ licence (MR-B highly desirable)
• Previous experience working as a concrete labourer (2yrs exp)
• Hold a construction white card
• Physically fit and able to complete manual labour
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test

 
In return, you will be working Monday to Friday – 6am starts, working between 8 – 10 hour days depending on workload and season. The hourly rate is a range between $40p/hr - $45p/hr (depending on relevant experience). You will be required to meet at the Maddington Depot and from there, you will travel out with your crew to complete the required jobs.
