Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account DevelopmentIdentify, target, and secure new large-scale clients (mining companies, contractors) in WA’s mining sector.Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, procurement, and operational decision-makers.Achieve sales targets for SANY mining trucks and related equipment. 2 Technical Solution SellingConduct in-depth analyses of client operations (e.g., haulage cycles, site conditions, cost drivers) to align SANY’s mining trucks with their needs.Deliver technical presentations, ROI analyses, and customized proposals.Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions (e.g., payload capacity, automation features, maintenance packages). 3 Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing escalations.Drive repeat business and upsell complementary products/services.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with SANY’s technical support, after-sales service, and finance teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.Provide feedback to HQ on product improvements and local market demands.
