Kindergarten Teacher-Three days per week

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Kindergarten teacher to take up a leave replacement position for the remainder of 2025. This is a three day per week tenure with commencement 28 April 2025 through to 31 December 2025. Here at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School Pinjarra, we place a strong emphasis on our school vision ‘every child is known’. We are a dynamic, single stream, Catholic co-educational primary school catering for approximately 230 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Six.

Selection Criteria:
-Demonstrates excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
-Has a sound knowledge of the Western Australian Kindergarten Curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Standards and adjusts teaching practices to cater for the needs of all students
-Demonstrates the skills and capacity to promote a strong staff culture and work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and parish to build community.
-Supports the Catholic faith, education and ethos of the school.

Applications should consist of the following:
-Current proof of registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA
-Proof of current Working With Children WA.
-Proof of relevant 4 year tertiary Early Childhood qualification.
