Kitchen Installer (Joiner)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Installer to join our dynamic team as a CONTRACTOR or a FULL TIME EMPLOYEE. As a rapidly growing company, we offer a fast-paced work environment that thrives on the energy of our young team. Our primary focus is on installing IKEA kitchens, preferably someone with on-site installations experience.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for installing kitchens but also for effectively communicating with our customers. We value problem-solving skills and the ability to handle any issues that may arise during installations. Additionally, we encourage teamwork and would want you to assist other installers and apprentices whenever needed.

Qualifications & experience:

• Certificate 3 in joinery, carpentry or shopfitting
• Minimum 1 years experience on site, ideally with IKEA or flat pack style joinery

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Work off and to plans
• Ability to problem solve and think on the spot
• Installing predominately kitchens
• Communicate with customers
• Work independently
• Prefer to have own tools
• Skills to work with and supervise apprentice
• Ability to work in a team environment with other trades
• Must have drivers license and white card
• Eye for detail and care for job
