The Role:
As our Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be running the show in the back of house. Our menu concept is simple but made with love, so you don't have to be a chef with decades of experience. The right attitude and energy goes a long way. You’ll be the go-to person for all things kitchen—leading by example, keeping things organised, and making sure every plate that goes out looks and tastes amazing.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Behind the scenes food prep
• Working the lunch service with energy and positivity
• Prepping, cooking, and plating menu items to order
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in every dish
• Basic customer service (open-style kitchen)
• Supporting and training team members when needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong cooking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Someone who’s reliable, organised, and genuinely enjoys being in the kitchen
• A team player who wants to be part of something special

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $29.33 – $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 30 per week
