Kitchenhand/Japanese BBQ Restaurant

Seeking for reliable and hardworking kitchenhand/cook all rounder to join our growing team.

***You need to be able to travel to and from Victoria Park at late nights too. ***

Able to work at least 24-38 hours a week, option of casual, part-time or full time..

Duties include:

• Preparation and cook side dishes to order;
• Preparation, trim/cut and assembling meat to order;
• Includes some dishwashing;
• Prepare charcoal;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Assist Kitchen operation manager in other requested tasks to ensure smooth execution of menu items;
• Cleaning and maintain clean food handling and hygiene;
• Receive & check Stock;

Some basic kitchen skills is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.

Good knife skills is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and a fast learner is most desirable.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
