Position Overview:As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in their technical team, assisting in resolving first-line IT support tickets for a variety of clients. This role encompasses support for laptops, phones, routers, switches, and other IT assets. We're seeking an individual with a passion for IT and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:Provide technical support to clients, resolving IT support tickets efficiently and effectively.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows, and networking (routers and switches).Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand and address their technical needs.Occasionally provide onsite support at their client locations across the Brisbane area.
Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a support role, preferably in a Managed Service environment.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Windows.Familiarity with networking concepts, including routers and switches, is desirable.Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Location:The role is mostly a remote position with occasional onsite customer support (80%/20%).
