The Role:

As a Labour Hire Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting skilled tradespeople with high-quality projects across the electrical sector. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a pool of qualified electricians and trades personnel.

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their labour needs, and delivering fast, effective solutions.

• Handling end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and onboarding to site mobilisation and ongoing contractor care.

• Providing advice and insights on market trends, availability, and workforce planning.

• Supporting business development initiatives to grow our labour hire presence in the electrical contracting market.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Experience in a fast-paced recruitment, labour hire, or trade-focused staffing environment (bonus points for experience in electrical, construction, or energy sectors).

• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Driven, self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Knowledge of the energy market and industry trends is a plus.

• Ability to juggle priorities, manage talent pipelines, and deliver a service to be embraced by both clients and workers.
