The Role

This role provides administrative support to the Land and Developer Partnering team, helping manage land supply and developer partnerships to grow market share and profitability. You will assist in land access strategies, compile land performance data, and maintain key relationships with internal teams and developers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developer partners and ensure consistent communication
  • High level of engagement with land sales consultants and sales support teams to ensure a seamless end to end package delivery
  • Coordinate allocated land in RBC systems and assist with KPI reporting for developers, individual building companies and the ABN Group
  • Set agendas, take minutes, and track actions in meetings
  • Drive land packaging efficiency and monitor sales performance to meet targets
  • Maintain the Sales Availability Grid and keep systems updated in coordination with the Land & Developer Partnering Coordinator
  • Respond to builder needs and facilitate communication with developers
  • Track house and land packaging progress and assist with developer milestone tracking
  • Manage land stock lists and track inputs in internal systems

You’re a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a knack for data analysis and communication. You excel at turning complex insights into clear recommendations and building strong relationships, thriving on a high level of engagement with both internal and external stakeholders

Other skills and attributes that will make you successful for the role:

  • Prior land development experience highly desired
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and a desire to network and build relationships
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data trends
  • Skilled in reporting and presenting data clearly
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Some understanding of residential construction and land development processes
  • Experience with house and land packaging (advantageous but not essential)
  • Familiarity with CBS/CRM systems, Power BI and Salesforce (advantageous but not essential)
