From Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Civil, Building Services, Irrigation, Environmental Services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management.

So, what can you expect to do?

• Oversee and coordinate landscape crews, ensuring efficient scheduling, training, and performance management
• Maintaining safety and quality standards across all sites and crews
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and service quality
• Maintaining customer expectations, ensuring they are met through regular communication and site visits.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules, allocate equipment and materials, and implement sustainable landscaping practices
• Looking for and optimizing efficient and safer ways of work and improving our service delivery.
• Manage budgets for labour, materials, and equipment and track costs
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety training for staff.
• Managing Multiple crews and sites while delegating responsibility through to your Team Leaders

What will you need?

• Certificate III or IV in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens or relevant experience
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
