The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, qualified, and skilled Landscaping Professional (or 3rd/4th year apprentice) to join our growing in-house landscaping team. You’ll have the chance to work on some of the region’s most rewarding pool and landscape projects across Geelong and the Surfcoast.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on exciting pool landscaping projects from start to finish

• Assisting with design implementation, hardscaping, and softscaping

• Delivering a seamless and memorable experience for our clients

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and communication

• Collaborating closely with our construction and design teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or currently completing 3rd/4th year apprenticeship)

• Strong skills in hard and soft landscaping

• A passion for creating outdoor lifestyles, not just “laying turf and pavers”

• Excellent customer communication and teamwork abilities

• Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• A current driver’s licence (MR/HR licence highly regarded but not essential)
