Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on. About The Role Maurice Blackburn has a long history of practising in Abuse Law, and of advocating on the part of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This is a unique opportunity to establish credentials and expertise in a developing area of law. Key Responsibilities: Meeting with clients and taking instructionsReviewing and analysing recordsDrafting written communications to clients and opponentsBriefing medical experts and allied health professionalsDrafting court documentsAttending court for procedural hearingsBriefing and liaising with barristers The experience we are looking for: We are looking for a Lawyer with strong client service focus, a personable approach and commitment to social justice. You will ideally have at least 1-3 years PAE however if you have a strong desire to forge a career within this space we want to hear from you.
