Lead Business Analyst/ Business Architect - Federal Government

One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Lead Business Analyst to build a holistic view of the organisation's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. You will also analyse current and future business processes and information management environments. The successful Lead Business Analysts will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.   

The successful Lead Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Alignment of IT strategy and planning with organisation's business goals

• Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines

• Support the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture

• Developing clear and concise documents including Business Cases, Process Maps and User Stories

The successful Lead Business Analysts will have experience in the following:

• Previous success in capturing and interpreting complex multiple business line processes and activities.

• Ability to synthesize complex technology concerns to senior non-technical audiences

• Ability to work across different tasks with competing priorities as part of a multidisciplinary team, employing agile delivery tools and techniques.

• Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, BPEL, ArchiMate, UML
