Leading Hand Carpenter

Are you a Qualified skilled carpenter ready to step up and lead? Our established building company is looking to grow and we want you ! We’re looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team! This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects while managing a team of tradespeople and apprentices on site. This is a full time hourly rate position with superanuation,annual leave and personal leave. This is not a subcontractor position. hourly rate will be base on candidates experiance level. No need to apply if you are looking for an apprenticeship we are looking for someone who has completed Their Apprenticeship already

• Work with a respected and growing company based on The Central Coast

• Be part of a supportive , experienced and hands on team

• Regular high quality projects in residential construction

• Supervising and coordinating trade and apprentices on site

• Overseeing day to day site operations and maintaining timelines Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance

• Assisting with Hands on Carpentry work as needed

• Liaising with Client's and Project Managers and Subcontractors

• Maintaining site documentation and reporting to Management

• Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter (Cert III or Equivalent)

• Strong Leadership and Communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Excellent problem solving skills and time management skills

• White Card and relevant tools and licenses
