We are a North Shore Sydney based, privately owned remedial & construction business, with proven key commitments to quality and timely service. Throughout our storied history, we have worked with clients in the Strata, Industrial, Commercial, and Government sectors, who have trusted us to protect & maintain their built assets over decades.

About the Role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking building trade qualified person to fill the role of leading hand on our projects.

Our main office and warehouse is located on Sydney's North Shore, whilst our job sites are located across Sydney and the Central Coast.

You will be required to attend site meetings and liaise with our in-house administration staff, contractors and clients.

This job is extremely interesting and has a diverse range of responsibilities, we are therefore looking for someone who is proactive and able to take initiative.

Trade qualification and hands on experience is a prerequisite, preferably in building, carpentry or related trades. This is a hands on role where you willbe working on the tools. You will be required to have at least 5 years experience in remedial projects.

We only accept applications from those with hands-on & LOCAL Australian site experience, you must also have full time authorization to work in Australia.

Associated Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day materials & tool requirements on a range of diverse job sites.

  • Managing project plans & deadlines, inclusive of the supply of site information of projects back to the office.

  • Ability to organise and manage site staff on job sites.

  • Ability to ensure that all works carried out by staff and contractors are up to the high company standards we set.

  • Effective management of project documentation inclusive of reports, spreadsheets, and project plans when required.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications & other relevant technical documentation.

  • Ability to provide relevant suggestions for projects in consultation with the Operations Manager.

  • Attendance and running of site including toolbox meetings with our site staff.

  • Carrying out site meetings with clients & consultants on the job site.

  • Provide hands on assistance to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Work Hours from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes lunch break).
