About the role:
This role is embedded in a transport infrastructure project and supports the People & Culture Lead on the project. You work with the internal team and external client to identify, develop, and advise on training needs across each phase of construction. You will manage external providers and resources, reporting on performance and compliance, and ensure the training programs align with project deliverables, are effective and efficient.

• Ensure LMS is supporting each training program.
• Produce reporting and dashboards on programs and performance to identify gaps.
• Manage training forecasts and budgets for the project
• Build relationships and influence a broader project group

 About You
This is an exciting transport project that comes with complexity. Your experience working in infrastructure projects will be highly regarded, as well as experience in joint ventures with multiple stakeholders. The role requires strong efficiency, planning, problem-solving, multitasking, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external to the business. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to manage competing deadlines, balancing both state and internal deliverables effectively.

• Previous experience working on projects with government departments.
• Strong working knowledge of LMS systems, configuration and reporting.
• Cert IV in training required, Human Resource qualification degree advantageous.
