Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, workbook and a facilitator guide. 

  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as:  

    • PowerPoint presentations 

    • Hands-on exercises and simulations 

    • Job aids and reference materials 

  • Apply proven instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective learning experiences. 

  • Create training suitable for virtual and face to face modalities  

  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft’s Power BI, and instructional design. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in instructional design and development with Power BI 

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    

  • Passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement.
