Learning & Organisational Development Consultant

Are you an experienced L&D professional with experience in aged or health care and tertiary qualifications in a nursing or a related field?

Join our team as an L&OD Consultant!

In this role, you'll design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You'll foster a culture of ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring our workforce is prepared to meet strategic objectives and adapt to industry changes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll identify training needs, develop customized solutions, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Your experience includes needs analysis, program design and delivery (not only for clinical teams), using a Learning Management System (LMS) and other relevant systems, and supporting leadership training programs. You excel in written and verbal communication, have strong attention to detail, can foster collaboration and build positive working relationships. You're also creative in problem-solving and open to new technologies and methodologies.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Demonstrated experience in a Learning and Development role, particularly in the health or aged care sector.
• Qualification in Bachelor of Nursing or related health field.
• Demonstrated experience in program design and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology and learn new systems quickly.
• Demonstrated customer-first approach.
