An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a bright personality to join our Residential Property Management team. We are one of Sydney's most respected and fastest-growing boutique property agencies with 700 properties under management and require the services of a Leasing Property  Agent/  Assistant Leasing Property Agent to join our successfully expanding company.

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking unlimited opportunities to grow your property career. Professional training provided by a master real estate agent with over 30 years’ experience. The Leasing Property Agent will play an active role in the day to day operations of the business. Regular salary and package reviews based on performance.

Duties:

• Open home & inspection by appointment  on weekday and Saturday
• Routine inspections 
• Regular communication by email and phone with landlords, tenants, team members and tradesman
• Analyse market rent and conduct rental market appraisal
• Website property advertisement.
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing tenants
• General repair and maintenance management

Required: 

• Live within 30 minutes from your home to our office in Alexandria
• Certificate of Registration (Property)
• Genuine passion to work in the property industry
• Driver’s License and experienced in driving around Sydney (a MUST)
• Good telephone manner and team player
• Excellent customer service & time management skills
• Quick typing skill
