The OpportunityThis role is all about supporting our lawyers to do what they do best — while you take care of the details that keep everything humming.You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, the friendly face (or voice) our clients remember, and the person who keeps our files, calendars and communications in order. You’ll be:Answering client calls & enquiries with warmth & professionalismManaging emails, booking appointments, and diary managementOpening, closing and maintaining legal filesAssisting with document management, including filing, drafting, and editing legal documentsAssisting with billing and invoicingSupporting and generally assisting our Principal and lawyersHelping keep our systems tidy and our clients happy
About youYou're confident, calm under pressure, and love ticking things off a list. You might have legal admin experience already — or you might have experience in an administrative role and be a fast learner with great people skills and a love of structure.
