All aspects of diary management and file management, including electronic and hard-copy;2. Administratively manage the practice of a busy senior partner;3. Drafting correspondence, reviewing and proofreading documents;4. First point of contact for clients, barristers and experts setting appointments;5. Strong verbal and written communication skills;6. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;7. Outstanding client service;8. Accuracy and attention to detail.Skills and experienceDemonstrated experience in a similar role (Family Law/Litigation preferred).Excellent organisation skills, pro-activity and the ability to multitask and think on your feet is critical to your success in this role.Strong accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and client service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Legal practice/document management applications (Lexis Affinity anadvantage).
