Legal Receptionist

About the role

Gilmore Lawyers' is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic team in our Beenleigh, QLD office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support, ensuring our clients and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently

• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

• Providing administrative support to the legal team as required

• Assisting with day-to-day office duties, including sorting mail, photocopying, and filing

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
