The Opportunity We currently have an exciting an exciting range of opportunities for f
ull-time legal secretaries to join our Adelaide office across
different practice areas. We’re seeking enthusiastic, professional individuals who are proactive, capable, and motivated to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities - Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Billing and file management (opening, maintaining, and closing electronic files)
- Diary and travel management
- Answering calls and recording messages
- Other general administrative support as required
What We’re Looking For To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel; and a typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Experience using document management and billing systems (e.g. FileSite and Aderant Expert or similar)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative, flexibility, and a professional approach
