Lifestyle Officer

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are on the lookout for a Lifestyle Officer (known internally as Personal Care Worker - Wellbeing) to join our Sirius Cove home in Mosman on a Part-time basis. Please note only NSW based applicants will be considered.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer (Personal Care Worker - Wellbeing), you will be responsible for implementing leisure, lifestyle, and therapy activities for our residents; both group and individual, that aim to improve their quality of life.

You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

What you'll need to succeed

• Cert IV Leisure and Lifestyle (or similar)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• evidence of Influenza vaccination
• NSW driver license
• full working rights in Australia.
