At TOOP+TOOP, every home we represent has a story. We’re looking for a photographer/videographer who can help us find it—and bring it to life with clarity, creativity, and emotion.

This isn’t your typical real estate content role. You’ll create a mix of photography and video content—from editorial shoots and team profiles to short-form video and property campaigns. While your focus will lean into storytelling, lifestyle and brand-led content, you’ll also contribute to our property video campaigns, ensuring we maintain consistency and quality across every touchpoint.

You’ll have rare access to South Australia’s most iconic properties—from landmark estates to architecturally designed homes. Many of these feature in our Luxury Home Edit, published in SA Life Magazine and across TOOP+TOOP’s digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with Sales Partners to uncover the story behind each home—its design, history, or lived experience—and shape how we tell it visually.

You’ll join part of TOOP+TOOP’s dedicated Marketing Studio—a team of creative experts who shape how our brand is seen, felt and remembered.


What you’ll be doing

  • Leading editorial and lifestyle shoots that highlight the feeling and character of a space.

  • Contributing to property campaign video production as part of the broader studio team.

  • Collaborating with Sales Partners to understand a home’s architecture, context and narrative.

  • Producing brand-led content—short-form video, blog features, agent profiles, team shoots and social reels.

  • Capturing key TOOP+TOOP moments: auctions, events, milestones.

  • Supporting production of our FIVEaa content—filming, editing, and managing weekly show footage and teasers for web and social.

  • Working flexibly to shoot in the best light—including sunrise and sunset when needed.


What sets this role apart

  • You’ll have creative scope to help define how homes are experienced visually, beyond just sales.

  • You’ll shoot inside some of South Australia’s most admired homes, with work featured in SA Life and across TOOP+TOOP’s high profile platforms.

  • You’ll be trusted to lead shoots, shape stories and contribute ideas.

  • You’ll work closely with our Sales Partners, Studio Manager, and fellow creatives—collaborating across campaign and editorial content.

  • You’ll attend and capture some of Adelaide’s best community events, internal team experiences, and company awards—helping document the people and culture behind our brand.


Who this will suit

  • 3+ years’ experience in photography and videography, ideally across lifestyle, editorial or architectural content. Real estate experience is not essential.

  • Confident shooting on Sony cameras and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.

  • A visual storyteller with a strong sense of light, tone and atmosphere.

  • Confident leading shoots and communicating with team members, clients and stakeholders.

  • Organised and adaptable—able to plan, pivot, and work independently on fast-moving briefs.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environmentcalm under pressure and comfortable with shifting timelines and competing priorities.

  • Has a sharp eye for detail and a natural feel for creating luxury content that looks polished and feels premium and on-brand.

While we work within established style guides for our property campaigns, you’ll also play a key role in shaping how our brand continues to evolve.
