About the role

Join the team at Twin Cities Automotive as a full-time Light Vehicle Mechanic. Based in Townsville, QLD, this is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in the automotive industry and contribute to the success of a leading regional service provider.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of light vehicles, including cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles

• Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety

• Liaise with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken

• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment

• 5 Day working week

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in light vehicle automotive repair, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified light vehicle mechanic

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers

• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
