Maintenance and Groundskeeper

Ningana is a 48 bed community owned residential aged care facility located in Dalby. In addition to the facility, we manage 14 Independent Living Units located on our site.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a maintenance officer to join our Operations Support Team. This is a full time position and includes rotational on-call paid as per the relevant award.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience:

·         Demonstrated skills in carpentry, painting, plastering and general handyman duties

·         An understanding of, or the ability to learn technical management of our nurse call and fire control systems

·         An ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people, including Ningana residents, staff and contractors

·         Ability to work in Australia (essential)

·         Has, or is able to obtain current National Police Aged Care suitability screening (essential)

·         Current manual driver license (essential)

·         Current medium rigid license (desirable)
