Maintenance Technician

Klaus Multiparking are looking for a Field Technician to join our team based in Braeside!

About the Role: 

This will service various car stackers through mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical works of the Klaus systems range in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:  

• Complete all maintenance and service requests as assigned. 

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients. 

• Provide moderate to high-level customer service, addressing client needs and resolving complaints professionally. 

• Diagnose and trace back to the root cause of issues using provided inputs. 

• Collaborate positively with team members, respecting and valuing their opinions.

• Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks. 

• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. 

Specific Requirements for Klaus Services: 

• Full Australian Driver's License. 

• Deliver precise solutions for technical issues. 

• Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally. 

• Willingness to travel interstate and be ''on call'' if required. 

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship status, or those with Australian Visas have full working rights. 

• Willingness to work long hours when required. 

• A proactive ‘’can-do'' attitude with the ability to work safely alone. 

• Effective teamwork skills. 

• Potential for availability for on-call work.

 Requirements for Klaus:

• Experience with the integration of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems;

Qualifications That Can Be Advantageous: 

• Previous experience in a similar role; 

• Restricted electrical license. 

• Qualifications associated with automation systems, electrical installations, mechanical installations, and hydraulic installations;
