 ** As a Manager in our Organisational Transformation team, you will be working with clients to solve their most challenging issues â from organisational design, to digital change, and core business transformation.  Regardless of the type of transformation, you will work closely with client and project leadership teams to scope, plan and deliver programs of work to enable the appropriate change.  As a Manager in our team you will enable your clients to lead strategic transformations in their organisations through high impact experiences that deliver true business value and lasting results.
You will lead teams of consultants to understand the human element of change and design and deliver activities to build readiness where it is needed across our clientsâ organisations. Â Your typical day would include some of the following activities:
