The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Finance Business Partnering to join our Crown Melbourne Team. You will lead a small team of 1-2 to help effectively partner with your business unit. As a valued subject matter expert you will offer key commercial insight to the businesses. This role is varied and dynamic, a great opportunity for an experience Finance Business Partner looking to take a step up. You will be responsible for;

• Partner with BU senior management and stakeholders to provide analytical and commercial finance support with a focus on providing strategic financial insights.
• Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with required frequency (i.e., Weekly, Monthly, quarterly etc.)
• Prepare insights and commentary for financial performance of the business unit versus budget and prior year.
• Undertake ad hoc projects, analysis, and reporting as required.
• Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where required.
• Influence business decision making with fact-based financial insights.

About you

You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to a variety of business units across our property. Passionate about unpacking complex business cases and helping the company achieve financial goals, You will also have;

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
• Extensive experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to provide insights-based reporting and recommendations that support strategic business objectives.
• Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
• Excellent communications skills to effectively convey financial information and influence decision-making.
