We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.  About The Opportunity In this role, you’ll leverage your strong knowledge of SAP and Fleet operations to define and refine procedures across the Fleet Service catalogue, both for SAP and non-SAP tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing team performance within Fleet Services, ensuring smooth coordination of fleet requests across the business. Your leadership will drive a focus on quality and efficiency while fostering individual development within the team. You will also provide thought-leadership across fleet working streams, ensuring that systems are set up correctly, performance is regularly measured, and continuous improvement is embedded into the operational model. Your experience in managing support teams, combined with your strong SAP expertise, will be essential in delivering results and enhancing the Fleet program’s overall success. What You’ll Deliver With Us In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of fleet tasks, aligning your efforts with overall business goals. By establishing processing standards and coaching your team to consistently meet targets, you'll help drive performance and quality. You'll support Australia Post’s compliance with road and transport regulations while balancing the needs of the business and our repairers. Your strategic thinking will refine our standards and procedures, ensuring that agreed processes are followed and risks are minimized. You'll consult, influence, and educate others across teams, applying financial insights to improve efficiency and manage budgets effectively. As a leader, you'll champion innovation, driving initiatives that challenge the status quo and inspire positive change. You will foster a culture of safety, support, and continuous improvement, ensuring that safety is prioritized in every decision. You’ll lead with confidence, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and manage projects effectively, ensuring timelines are met and results are delivered across multiple fronts. About You  You bring extensive experience in managing SAP Fleet and Finance functions, with strong proficiency in reporting and data analysis using SAP and tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Your solid understanding of Fleet operations, including contract management, vendor relationships, and monitoring SLA’s, makes you a key asset in driving the success of our fleet management initiatives. You excel in managing relationships with both internal teams (Transport, Operations, Finance, Strategy) and external vendors, including OEMs, repairers, and key stakeholders. You understand the importance of navigating change and are comfortable supporting others through transitions, while also focusing on achieving department objectives and team development. With over 5 years of experience in project management, you bring leadership skills that inspire performance, foster growth, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to work cross-functionally and manage national teams ensures your success in driving forward key initiatives while maintaining compliance with Australia Post’s operational standards.
