The work area

This role sits within the Corporate Strategy and Performance Directorate which is part of the Advisory Services business unit. The Corporate Strategy and Performance team forms part of the Advisory Services Business Unit. The team works in partnership with Treasury business areas to drive solutions and initiatives. This includes building the capacity, performance and sustainability of Treasury through the delivery of effective corporate services that covers Strategic ICT, HR Operations, Talent Programs, Organisational Development and Financial Services.

The opportunity

A great opportunity to be part of the People and Culture team! We are looking for experienced, motivated and solutions-focused HR leader, to provide a consultancy and advisory service to management and staff on all aspects of Human Resources Management. This role will be an in-person role based in Perth CBD.

The Manager HR Operations:

  • leads, inspires and motivates a multi-disciplinary team in the development and delivery of contemporary workforce business solutions;
  • provides high-level strategic advice and support to the Executive and managers on various complex human resource matters;
  • deals with competing demands and deadlines, set priorities and manage a wide workload, while applying and promoting the principles of equity, diversity and work health and safety in the workplace; and
  • builds strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
