Your New Role
As the Manager of Member Strategy & Centricity, you will drive strategic guidance for Value Streams to ensure we meet member acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives. You will support the development and maintenance of a holistic Member Strategy, delivering centricity programs, and reporting on member-focused initiatives to inform and guide stakeholders
Some key responsibilities will be:Develop Member Strategy and Segment Strategies in collaboration with the Member Strategy & Centricity Practice Lead.Identify opportunities and maintain approaches to embed 'customer centricity' in culture and process.Program manage member-focused activities such as Retention, Engagement, and Acquisition. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:Tertiary or post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplineProven experience in the development of customer strategy, including growth and retention strategies, segmentation, CVP development, customer journey mapping, customer analytics, and customer lifetime valueDemonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources and integrate various viewpoints to synthesize key guidance for stakeholdersThe idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
