THE ROLE
The Manager, SDA Engagement and Agreement Project will lead a time limited team to engage with over 2,500 residents and their support networks to strengthen awareness of the Department's role as their Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider. The project will introduce and complete an updated NDIS SDA Service Agreement and provide residents with relevant, contemporary information about their home and the services they receive.
As an experienced project manager and people leader, you will bring expertise in project coordination, governance, procurement, planning, logistics, staff training and reporting. The Manager will work closely with internal teams across Disability Homes Victoria (DHV) and the broader Department, as well as with external stakeholders, particularly Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers.
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop, manage and lead a critical project that will directly enhance the service experience for residents and contribute to improved long term service delivery.
