About The Role

Our Perth Corporate and International Tax team have experienced a period of sustained growth resulting in new opportunities for experienced tax professionals to join the team.

Working directly with our tax partners, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your personal and technical development while providing a broad range of tax services to clients operating in a broad range of industries, including energy and resources.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Corporate and international tax advisory
• M&A, including tax structuring, tax due diligence, tax reviews of sale & purchase agreements and financial models, and ATO early engagement
• Corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, tax effect accounting, ATO risk reviews, tax transparency and governance
• Working autonomously and collaboratively within a larger, multi-disciplinary team
• Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members

About You

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Corporate Tax
• Experience advising large domestic and multi-national corporations
• An ability to lead and mentor junior staff
• Proficient in multi-tasking with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
